You can add a vehicle in two ways:

VIN — to identify the vehicle as accurately as possible using available data;

or

Year / Make / Model / Body Type — to select it manually.

Yes.

Add the planned vehicles to the selected car-hauler configuration, and you can check whether they will fit before the driver leaves for pickup.

iQLoader will help check whether it can fit in the available space before the driver spends time and miles traveling to pickup.

After the vehicles have been added and arranged in the desired order, OPTIMIZE helps automatically adjust:

• vehicle positions;
• available platform positions;
• distances between vehicles;
• the overall loading configuration.

Yes.

You can manually adjust the configuration, and iQLoader will recalculate the available load parameters based on your changes.

Depending on the configuration and available features, iQLoader displays:

Axle Weight — estimated loads on axle groups;

Loaded Height — estimated height of the loaded car hauler;

Total Length — estimated total length;

Vehicle Positions — the position of each vehicle;

Platform Positions — platform positions.

iQLoader uses available vehicle and equipment data, geometry, and information entered by the user.

If the user enters updated or modified information into the system, iQLoader can adjust the actual parameters to account for trim, aftermarket equipment, cargo inside the vehicle, fuel level, suspension position, modifications, and other physical factors.

You don’t need to start all over again.

Replace the vehicle in the configuration and check or optimize the load again.

iQLoader will recalculate the available parameters based on the new configuration.

iQLoader works with supported truck + trailer configurations that have been integrated into the system.

We are continually expanding the equipment database.

If your car hauler is not yet in the system, you can contact OVERFRACHT about integrating it.

If your truck + trailer combination is not yet in iQLoader, send our team an integration request.

To get started, we may need:

• the manufacturer, model, and year of the truck and trailer;
• the VINs of the truck and trailer;

The OVERFRACHT team will review the available technical data to create an accurate digital model of your car hauler.

Once integrated, your configuration will become available in your iQLoader account.

Yes.

You can cancel your subscription before the next renewal.

After cancellation, access to paid features remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period, unless otherwise required by law or the terms of a specific offer.

The Basic Plan is only the first stage of iQLoader’s development.

The platform will gradually expand with additional tools for:

• more advanced load optimization;
• delivery sequence planning;
• route intelligence;
• clearance intelligence;
• multi-state compliance;
• permits;
• GPS functionality;
• AI-assisted load search;
• dispatch and load-board integrations.

iQLoader will be able to use the delivery sequence as one of the conditions for building a load, reducing the need for unnecessary vehicle repositioning during delivery.

The goal is to use the parameters of the assembled load together with available route and clearance data to evaluate a route.

Any such information will remain advisory and will require independent verification by the driver and carrier.
